references, or requirements.
• Partial refunds may be offered for incomplete or partially delivered projects.
• Change of mind after project approval.
• Delays caused by client-side communication gaps or lack of required materials.
• Work already approved in writing or delivered in full resolution.
• Submit a refund request via email (admin@renderedgestudio.com) with project details.
• Our team will review within 3–5 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
• Before a refund, we offer one free revision round to resolve the issue.
• If the revision still doesn’t meet expectations, the refund process may continue.
