By accessing or using the services offered by Render-Edge Studio, you acknowledge that you have
read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. The terminology “Client,”
“Customer,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the individual, company, or entity engaging with Render-Edge
Studio. “We,” “Our,” or “Us” refers to Render-Edge Studio. These terms cover all services we
provide, including but not limited to: 3D animation, motion graphics, product visualization,
architectural rendering, visual effects, design, development, video production, voiceover, sound
design, and consultation. All work carried out by Render-Edge Studio is subject to these terms and
conditions.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary and sensitive
information exchanged during collaboration. Render-Edge Studio will never share, sell, or disclose
any project-related information to third parties without the client’s written approval. This obligation
remains effective even after the project has been completed.
All payments must be made according to the agreed project proposal and payment schedule. We
accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, and other approved methods. Project
milestones include: Upfront Deposit, Pre-Production, Production, First Draft Delivery, and Final
Delivery. Final project files will only be delivered after full payment is received.
Render-Edge Studio provides revisions based on the selected package. Standard revisions include
minor adjustments at no extra cost. Major changes outside of scope will be billed separately.
Revision turnaround depends on complexity.
Estimated timelines are provided at project initiation and depend on complexity. Delays in
approvals, feedback, or material submission from the client may affect delivery schedule.
Refunds are only applicable if requested within 7 days of project initiation or initial preview delivery.
Partial refunds may be considered if the project has not advanced beyond the scriptwriting or
storyboard stage. Once the project enters production, no refunds will be issued. Refunds are
processed within 45–60 days with a 10% processing fee.
Upon full payment, all final deliverables and project files become the exclusive property of the client.
Render-Edge Studio retains the right to showcase non-confidential portions of the work in its
portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For one year after completion of a project, neither party shall directly solicit or employ the other’s
employees, contractors, or representatives without prior written consent.
Any modification or addition to the agreed project scope must be submitted in writing, reviewed,
approved, and priced separately with an updated timeline.
Render-Edge Studio’s responsibility is limited to providing the agreed creative services. We are not
liable for profit or revenue loss resulting from the use of our services.
Render-Edge Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by client-side issues, technical
failures, or Force Majeure events. Deadlines will be adjusted accordingly.
Any third-party expenses not included in the initial agreement, such as licensing fees, stock
imagery, or premium assets, will be billed separately.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The client must compensate for all
completed work up to the termination date. No refunds will be provided for completed or in-progress
work.
Official communication will take place via email: info@renderedgestudio.com or through the
designated project manager. Render-Edge Studio is not responsible for miscommunication via
unofficial channels.
Timely feedback is crucial for project delivery. Milestone approvals are considered final, and
revisions requested afterward may incur additional charges.
